It’s human nature to pay attention to coincidences. We delight in things lining up “just so,” and we ascribe a deeper hidden meaning to when people and events seem to conspire to behave in perfect concert.

Lately though, I’ve been noticing lots of near-coincidences — almost-but-not-quite-perfect moments of alignment that are ignored… opportunities not seized… potential left untapped… bold moves not taken.
